Walker is the longest-tenured head coach in the program's history. His Falcons have averaged over 40 wins a season and produced more than 60 drafted or signed players. During the 2009-2010 season, Walker coached his 1,000th game and boast an overall career mark of 746-359. The Indiana Hills Community College Falcons have won the NJCAA North District Championship and advanced to the Division I World Series seven times. In 1982, he signed with the Milwaukee Brewers was part of two Texas league championships and a member of the Canadian National Team in 1981.
