A practicing Optometrist by profession, Dr. Otto served the past 43 years as a JUCO Committee member. He was co-chairman of the first JUCO Tournament Committee in 1959 for five years & served as Host Committee Chairman for 38 years, providing the excellent relationship and coordinating assistance in numerous ways to the visiting teams and families.
