NJCAA Baseball Coaches Association Coaches Hall of Fame
Toppi has been an outstanding JUCO umpire involved with NJCAA Division I World Series for the past 27 years, 15 of them on the field and 12 as Director of Umpires. He worked in Arizona Community College Athletic Conference from 1968-1993. First umpire to receive Arizona High School Coaches award in 1990 and will become the first umpire to be elected to NJCAA Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame.
