McLean is in his 29th year as Head Baseball Coach and Director of Counseling at Allen County Community College. His current record is 944-523. His teams have won seven Jayhawk Conference & seven Eastern Region VI Championships. McLean was named Central District Baseball Coach of the Year twice and is on the “Founding Fathers” of the Jayhawk Conference Baseball Coaches Assoc. He received his Masters and PhD. at Kansas State Univiversity.
