NJCAA Baseball Coaches Association Coaches Hall of Fame
MacLaughlin, head coach of Brookdale Community College, Lincraft, New Jersey, for 29 years has reached the JUCO tournament five times. He holds an 812-220 record. MacLaughlin has been honored as Golden State Coach of the Year 16 times and New Jersey Coach of the Year in 1972. He is also a mathematics professor at Brookdale.
