NJCAA Baseball Coaches Association Coaches Hall of Fame
Lekas was head baseball coach at Quinsigamond CC in Worchester, MA from 1981-1987. He led the team to NJCAA in 1983-85. Four-time regional coach of the year, recorded five top 20 national rankings, four New England Regional championships and three Northeast District championship titles. Lekas is currently president of the Massachusetts CC Athletic Conference.
