NJCAA Baseball Coaches Association Coaches Hall of Fame
Howard has served as president and general manager of the Millington Telephone Co. for 44 years. He built the USA Stadium for local youngsters to showcase their abilities and increase chances to earn scholarships and pro offers. Howard supported with funding, manpower, and community pride from 1986-1996. Twenty national championships have been decided at the facility. Howard was selected to the Tennessee Baseball Hall of Fame in 1992.
