NJCAA Baseball Coaches Association Coaches Hall of Fame
Hill begins his 24th season as head coach of the Manatee CC Lancers in Venice, Florida. He has an overall record of 866-399 and has compiled nine JUCO appearances, five JUCO second place finishes, 12 state championships, 28 conference titles, and 25 players sent to major leagues. Hill has been Coach of the Year 16 times and inducted into Florida CC Activities Association Hall of Fame in 2000.
