NJCAA Baseball Coaches Association Coaches Hall of Fame
Frazier coached baseball at Gulf Coast Community College, Panama City, Florida, for 24 years with an 884-390 record, winning numerous conference championships, state championship and NJCAA runner-up in 1973. Frazier is a professional ballplayer and scout, and Regional Coach of the Year NJCAA. The Gulf Coast’s field named “Bill Frazier Field.” Frazier died in 1992.
