NJCAA Baseball Coaches Association Coaches Hall of Fame
Marty Dittmer, the Head Baseball Coach & Athletic Director at Ellsworth (Iowa) College, coached baseball for 30 years with several appearances in JUCO series, and finishing third in 1966. He is a JUCO representative of the United States Baseball Federation and active in international baseball competition. Dittmer served 25 years as NJCAA Regional Director and Secretary-Treasurer of NJCAA.
