Conley has enjoyed success as Head Coach of Olney Central College since 1981 - 26 straight winning seasons, 23 consecutive 30+ wins in a season, 15 Sectional Championships, & 3 GRAC regular season titles. Dennis was Baseball chairman for Region NJCAA's Region 24 from 1986-1990, American Baseball Coaches Association, worked in summer baseball camps since 1982, named GRAC Conference Coach of the Year 2000, 2004, & 2005. Olney Central College dedicated the baseball field Conley Field in 2008
