NJCAA Baseball Coaches Association Coaches Hall of Fame
Tholen is Head Baseball Coach at Santa Fe CC in Gainesville, Florida. He has coached at the JUCO level for 20 years. Named Florida JUCO Coach of the Year in 1985, Ohio-Indiana JUCO Coach of the Year in 1980, and Mid-Florida Coach of the Year in 1992 and 1995. Tholen’s record is 613-364. He served as Assistant Coach of the NJCAA All Star Team that competed in Japan in 1996, and currently serves as the Sec. of the NJCAA BCA.
