NJCAA Baseball Coaches Association Coaches Hall of Fame
Dudley "Skip" Bailey has enjoyed a successful career as player, head coach, and administrator. As head coach from 1996-2007, Skip finished with a record of 451-204. He was named East District Coach of the Year in 2007, Region II Coach of the Year in 1998, 2000, 2002, 2006, and 2007. He entered the Monroe Community College Hall of Fame in 1991, he serves as Athletic Director at Monroe as well as serving on the NJCAA Region 3 Men's Director and chairs the baseball committee.
